Manage or cancel your subscription
Payments go through Creem, our merchant of record. You manage the subscription in Creem's customer portal; we never see or store your card.
Cancel in four steps
- Open the email from Creem about your payment (the receipt) and click the link to the customer portal. There is no password: the link signs you in.
- Select your KAERIS subscription.
- Click “Manage Subscription”.
- Click “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.
Which button to press
If you get a choice in the cancel window, press “Cancel at end of period”: access stays until the paid date. “Cancel Immediately” closes access at once; the rest is not refunded.
Refund
If you have not used your key, a refund is possible within 14 days under the law of your country. Email [email protected] with your Creem receipt. Full policy.
Can't find the email?
Write to [email protected] from the address you paid with, and we cancel it for you. Check spam first: the receipt comes from Creem, not from us.
Lifetime is a one-time payment: nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Lost the key? We resend it.
