Check your translation files
Finds broken variables like {name}, empty and missing lines, changed numbers and lost tags before your users see them. Free, no account and no AI: the check follows fixed rules.
Up to 20 translation files and 200,000 characters in one check, 2 MB per file. Files are read in memory and not saved.
Drop en.json and its translations herePick your language files
The source file and one file per language. One .xcstrings or .xliff file with every language is enough on its own.
.json .yml .po .strings .xcstrings .arb .xml .xliff .csv .ftl .properties .resx .md

The same check in CI, one command
For all 13 formats npx kaeris check runs the same rules on your machine (Node 18+, no install step), sends nothing anywhere and exits with code 1 when it finds errors, so CI can stop the merge. With Python: pip install kaeris. Flags and the GitHub Action are in the docs.
npx kaeris check --source en.json --langs de,fr
Fix it with a translation
Rules cannot put back a lost variable, number or tag. Translate the source file again into the languages you need: every line of the result is checked before you download it.
